"Great getaway to relax and enjoy the hot water springs. Rooms lack hanging space for wet, swimming suits and towels."

"Beautiful place, staff is very friendly, great service and menu."

"The apartment was not well cleaned because of its high volume of previous use and was poorly maintained. We helped the owner out by staying home for two half days for the WiFi technician to come by and conduct repairs, once the repair's were done the WiFi signal was very poor at best with frequent disconnects.. We decided to leave there one day early from our scheduled departure date."

"The food was prctically inedible. the staff locked us in the property could not let us out in the morning. Front desk personell disappeared and we had to force our way out through a locked gate to exit. The lake itself is poorly maintained and the staff is poorly trained. stay away "

"The place is amazing and a great experience"

"Clean, cozy cabins with stunning mountain views—quiet, private, and perfect for a quick escape from Bogotá. Everything worked flawlessly (hot water, comfortable bed), and check-in was smooth with responsive, helpful staff. The setting is peaceful, well-maintained, and feels like a true nature retreat. Great value and exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely come back."
