However, sink leaks water whenever in use, wooden boards are terrorised by ants, hotel towels smells really bad, no hair dryer, hotel pool is greenish in colour and bedsheets and towels have stains.. lol it isn’t well maintained at all, just stay somewhere else.. hotel helped to spray some pesticide to kill ants but left wi try out even cleaning or clearing the corpses. "First arrived and had requested a non smoking room. I paid a premium price for two nights. Got to the room and it reeked of smoke. Staff changed the room to a family room with three beds. No problem there really, but what was the problem is sewer gas was coming out of the bathroom floor drain. "The room was a bit smaller than I had hoped for, but other than the size of the room, the room was clean, comfortable and had ease of access to public transportation and a shopping mall across the street that had many great restaurants to choose from. "

"Staff seems well trained for extremely busy conditions. They were patient and helpful. There were huge Mecca tours groups relentlessly filling up the hotel, dunno if that's every day.
