"The sanitation was poor coz there were tiny cockroaches in the room despite the first night the staff tried to tackle it. No replacement room was offered even when we asked to move. The aircon was not cold during the first night but the staff cleaned the unit and somehow it worked. The bedsheet was not replaced despite we asked for replacement. Good thing I noticed coz there was a tiny black dot on my bedsheet which I found was still there after the room was being made up. It’s a disappointment...

"After being upgraded to a suite because our first room was filthy and no housekeeping was done, the next room wasn't much better. Stains everywhere and very poor standard of cleanliness.
