"DO NOT RENT FROM HERE. From the listing, it looks like a proper place to stay, but in reality the door handle was completely broken when we reached. They messaged us to go to another room, and it was full of flies. The floor is uneven, there are no screens on the windows and no air conditioning, so you just have to have flies all over you. And that's if you don't mind the dogs barking and church bells from two different directions ringing every half hour in your window. It is completely false advertising, and we ended up getting a room last minute in town. Do not waste your time and money here. "

"Our brief stay at Hotel Oslo was part of a wonderful trip to Portugal last year. The hotel was well kept and has a modern but local feel. Staff members were pleasant and helpful. We stayed in late-July 2023, and the hotel was quiet and in a convenient location. The rooftop lounge was a beautiful place to kick our feet up after walking through the old town center - of which the hotel is essentially on the edge. Breakfast was nice, and also was served in a pleasant room with views of the old city. I would stay here again without hesitation."

"It was really cute and a lot of space for the cost. Beds were comfy, free espresso, beer, and tea in the room. It’s within walking distance of the funicular, so even though this hotel is near the top of the hill by the university, you can get up from the Main Street pretty easily and cheaply. The spiral stairs are a bit nervous to navigate. The Wi-Fi unfortunately only worked on the ground floor."

"This is a fantastic apartment in an excellent location for all the key sites in Coimbra. Well appointed, spacious, clean, cool, and with an amazing view! Ideal for younger (and nimble) travelers who don’t mind walking up to the 5th floor with their luggage and ducking under sloping ceilings/roof beams. Loved our stay there! "

"Great location. Close to the train station, the river and all the major attractions. Hotel Oslo handles the check in. You can go to their rooftop for the night view. No washing machine but a nice small laundromat is around the corner. "
