"Not worth the price. Internet didn’t work for most of my stay. The Manager txts you like he’s txting a mate, which is so inappropriate. Took a deposit for a room barely held together that I had to be so careful opening doors, kitchen doors etc. On a good note, it had hot water, cooling/heating and bedding. I would not stay again."

"The room was very dirty with visible stains on carpet, kitchen hob was not working, there was weird & loud sound coming out of basin & shower taps in bathroom. There was no one available on reception to help. The pictures posted online while reservations no where matches the reality of room neither in terms of furniture nor in terms of cleanliness."

"Cleaning staff were great Great bathroom Reception not so friendly"

"Very basic rooms. And while it was clean, the aircon remote was not working, and rooms are not quite as per the photos. Staff were responsive, however not sure the price of the rooms justified the quality and value"

"Lovely and very helpful staff!"

"I booked a car park spot which was there, as I got near I rang to confirm how I could get to my parking bay. I was told I could drive in, you can only drive in with a security card so instructions were completely wrong and made my check in distinctly less satisfactory than it should have been."
