"Hôtel hors temps de la modernité, aspect extérieur de l'établissement ancien, mais qui a du brillé lors de son apogée. Malgré cela, l'endroit est beau, calme, agréable, les chambres sont fonctionnelles, dont celles avec vue sur le lac, tout est correct le petit déjeuner, le restaurant avec ses menus copieux, délicieux, de bons produits à prix correct. personnel serviable et excellent rapport qualité/prix"

"Clean Rooms however there was no iron, no kettle to make coffee/tea the other hotels we stayed in had those amenities, The front desk was helpful but the ladies at the breakfast station were not, I guess that was because we were Americans mind you it was 8 of us and I saw personally how they treated their own people and refused to give us a cappuccino. I enjoyed their Beautiful country of Italy but when I pay my money I expect good service."

"Hotel con poca higiene, huele mal y el personal"

"Alessandro met us upon arrival, what a lovely man. Our room was 2 floors with bed and bath upstairs. Plenty of room to relax and drink some wine. The larger hotel next door served an incredible dinner, one of the best we've had over a month in all of Italy! Breakfast was included and offered a good variety for all tastes. Highly recommend and is close to the train station for easy of travel into Florence without Florence hotel prices. We would definitely return."

"The hotel was great - not a five star but for the price it was excelent value. The old style building and decor were lovely and it felt like an authentice Italian hotel - much better than the often 'faceless' hotel chains. Bellisimo!"

"Good accommodation for trnasit, however the breackfest booked separately was awful. I do not recommend the breakfest here."

"Facility was well maintained and staff was very friendly."

"Really nice room and balcony! Only issue was that the double bed was two singles together so there was a gap in between the two which wasn’t the most comfortable"

"Il personale è stato professionale e gentile la struttura si presenta datata, buona la colazione e ampio parcheggio interno"

"Niemand aanwezig bij aankomst, sleutel lag met een brief waar je naam op stond op de desk. Het was schoon, maar de bedden waren vreselijk. De veren staken in je kont. Ontbijt was minimaal."

"Hotel carino ben tenuto camere pulite. Il personale per nostra esperienza poteva essere più aperto e cordiale, non sono stati maleducati, però un sorriso in più e una parola in più agli ospiti come cordialità sarebbe stato gradito"

"Hotel datato e ottimo per una sosta fuori dall'autostrada"

"Unfortunately the air conditioning didn’t work in our room, so we were moved to another room. That one has an ant infestation. The next room we were given smelled like smokers. The only room left was clean but the a/c didn’t not blow cold air at all. Could not sleep because of temperature. Staff at desk was trying to be helpful."

"Tutto ok"

"This truly feels like a home away from home. If you’re looking for a wonderful place where you are genuinely made to feel that you matter, look no further. When visiting Florence, consider staying in Prato it offers a more authentic experience, the hotel is a fraction of the cost, and you have the pleasure of discovering two beautiful cities instead of just one. The warmth, hospitality, and personal attention at Giardino Hotel made my stay truly memorable. I will absolutely return."

"The hotel is nice, clean, and located in a quiet area. The price was very reasonable, and there is also car parking available at the hotel. It’s in a great location between Florence and Pisa, so we stayed there as a halfway point during our trip. The owner, Elena, and her brother are very nice and welcoming. They even helped us with a late-night check-in after 10 PM, which we really appreciated. Note for future guests: Regular check-in is between 2 PM and 8 PM. If you expect to arrive after 8...
