"Impressione scadente appena entrati, ambienti logori e maleodoranti, ci hanno chiesto immediatamente il saldo. Inutile chiamarli al telefono, non rispondono di regola. Pulizia della stanza pessima, lenzuola bucate e cuscini macchiati. Gli asciugamani li cambiano una volta alla settimana, al contrario di 2 giorni come dichiarato.
