Annonce mensongère, la maison est divisée en deux et il y a des occupants au 1er étage, pas de climatisation ni de salle de sport malgré ce qui est indiqué dans l’annonce et l'emplacement se trouve dans une zone de chasse donc on entend des coups de fusil toute la journée. Certaines pièces donnent sur d’autres en travaux. L’état de la literie et de l’équipement ne convient pas du tout à la location, les vélos à disposition sont inutilisables car crevés. Après discussion le propriétaire nous a proposé un dédommagement de 200 que nous avons refusé tant cela nous a semblé ridicule au regard des défauts. Voyez les autres derniers avis de Villa Casula sur internet et vous comprendrez.

Das Haus war mehr als ausreichend groß für uns 4 Erwachsene. Tolle, ruhige Lage am Hügel, Natur pur, wundervolle Aussicht, ausreichend großer Pool Hervorragende Betreuerin Cinzia, die uns mit einer Mandel-/Zitronentarte verwöhnt hat. Darüber hinaus hat Sie uns eine Box voller Produkte (z.B. Obst, Tomaten, Brot) von regionalen Bauern geschenkt. Ein wundervoller Urlaub.

Super schöne und ruhige Lage

Die Villa ist sehr groß und hat ausreichend Zimmer und Betten. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 3 Kimder (6, 7 und 8 Jahre). Der Pool hat eine gute Größe zum Schwimmen und ist für die Kinder zum Plantschen perfekt. Cindy hat uns einen selbstgebackenen Kuchen gebracht, der super geschmeckt hat. Auch eine Kiste mit lokalen Produkten (Brot, Käse, Salami, Tomaten, Salat) von den Bauern in der Umgebung gab es auch geschenkt. Die Kinder hatten auch viel Platz zum Fußball und Federball spielen im großen Garten. Es war eine sehr erholsame Woche und wir haben die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit genossen.

Sehr schönes Objekt mit toller Vermieterin

Die Vermieterin ist wundervoll🥰 Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit dort. Alles so wie beschrieben Vermieterin ist jederzeit zu kontaktieren und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Villa ist wunderschön der Pool mit Aussicht grandios. Es gab bis auf das dieses Objekt keinen Geschirrspüler hat (wussten wir vorher) absolut nichts zu bemängeln🌞👍 jederzeit wieder gerne und absolut zu empfehlen !

Entspannung und Genuss

Sehr grosses Grundstück, überaus grosszügier Pool und jede menge Liegen zum Entspannen. Der Garten ist wirklich ein Genuss. Die Zimmer war Sauber und schön hergerichtet, ebenso wie die Bäder. Abbiamo soggiornato insieme ad amici in questa bellissima villa!! Una vacanza all'insegna del relax, il parco adatto ai bimbi, la piscina indispensabile per il divertimento di tutti e il panorama mozzafiato...che dire di più!!!! La signora Cinzia ci ha accolti come fossimo amici, con torte e marmellate fatte da lei, ci ha proprio coccolati!!!! Sempre pronta ad esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Entrambi gli appartamenti ben arredati, ampi spazi sia all'interno che all'esterno. Consiglio vivamente una vacanza in questo luogo di pace a chi vuole vivere un'esperienza un po' diversa dal mare...comunque abbastanza comodo!!!!

Che bella sorpresa!

Assieme ad una famiglia di amici, abbiamo trascorso l'ultima settimana di agosto a Villa Casula In totale 4 adulti e 4 ragazzi Fin dall'inizio la nostra opinione è stata positiva: bellissima villa in collina, arredata con gusto dalla proprietaria, persona disponibile e davvero cordiale Giardino molto grande con piscina (delizia quotidiana dei ragazzi) e panorama meraviglioso In breve tempo poi si raggiunge la spiaggia oppure è possibile visitare altre belle località nei dintorni (Urbino, Gradara, etc...) E' un'ottima soluzione per chi cerca una vacanza dove puoi davvero riposarti senza rinunciare alle comodità, assolutamente consigliato Un grazie infine a Cinzia per il "dolce" omaggio di benvenuto e per i preziosi consigli sui ristoranti della zona!

UN SOGGIORNO DA RE!

Ho trascorso con la mia fidanzata una settimana in questa meravigliosa località a pochi minuti dal mare. Cinzia e Piero,sono persone squisite che ti risolvono ogni tipo di problema....se li trovate! Noi abbiamo soggiornato in una dei loro bellissimi e nuovi appartamenti minuziosamente arredati e devo dire che così ampi e pieni di luce a costi così modesti non ne ho mai trovati! Grazie ancora per le belle serate che abbiamo potuto trascorrere nel bellissimo giardino con piscina che....ha dato modo.... di innamorarmi ancora di più della mia ragazza! Torneremo sicuramente anche per ritrovare Cinzia e Piero.

Tre famiglie di amici con bambini. Casa molto curata con dettagli di alto livello. Proprietari sempre disponibili. Piscina tenuta pulita e con lettini a volontà. Giardino curatissimo. La sig.ra Cinzia ci ha offerto anche degli ottimi dolci fatti da lei. Unica pecca la casa è un pò arroccata su una collina ma questo permette di godere di un panorama e di un tramonto da favola e temperature ottime anche in estate. Tutto molto curato. Un'ottima scelta.

Solo 2 giorni ma vogliamo ritornare...

Quando percorri la strada collinare per arrivare già ti rendi conto che stai andando in un oasi immersa nel verde, poi arrivi e trovi una residenza veramente bella e in armonia con l'ambiente, bene arredata, un panorama bellissimo, la piscina nel parco, una accoglienza cordialissima dalla titolare che fa anche torte buonissime, merita una visita ed una permanenza maggiore dei nostri pochi giorni, vicino c'è' Urbino, Gradara, Pesaro e tanto altro da vedere tra colli e mare, Chiara e Riccardo da Milano

davvero strepitoso

Un posto incantevole con piscina vista vallata, la sistemazione curata nel dettaglio e la gentilezza e premura della padrona di casa davvero singolari. Una vacanza per ricaricare le energie immersi nella natura e nel silenzio con, a pochi chilometri di distanza ogni genere di attrattiva come ad esempio: Urbino per l'arte e -Pesaro per il mare con spiagge libere e parcheggi anche non a pagamento!
