"The area did provide a local experience with hot sandwiches, soups and small markets. The hotel provided a good breakfast and the food at the hotel restaurant was tasty. The staff was very helpful and it was easy to retain a taxis in their garage. The area around the hotel was not very pretty but okay with auto repair shops about 4 businesses up the street. Also a Sanborn's about 3 blocks."
