"This ship is 90 years old. It has old world charm and that’s what you’re getting…an entirely different experience. Staff were incredibly nice and accommodating during our trip to celebrate our 30 year anniversary on the ship my grandfather sailed on during his return from WWII. The ship is a thing of beauty and we loved it. Be warned that it was a challenge to remain comfortable since A/C is not what we’re used to. However, they do what they can to help make your stay enjoyable. Would go...

"We stayed here for a week while visiting Disneyland. Everything about this hotel was amazing. Located in a quiet spot. Very close to the Adventure Park and Disneyland. Breakfast included. Reasonable pricing. Full fledged kitchen in the Deluxe room."

"When we came they gave us our room. When we went to a room it looks like someone checked out but the room was never tended to. I went downstairs and they gave us a new room right away. I get it that mistakes happen l, but the staff took care of the issue right away. "

"We really enjoyed our study. It is a simple and clean room but very spacious! The beds were extremely comfortable and I think the best part was it included a Japanese toilet! I did not connect the dots that this is a hotel that caters to people from Japan and it was a pleasant surprise! It was my first time experiencing a Japanese toilet! The staff were always very friendly and helpful. I will lovely stay there again if I'm back in LA."
