My repeated attempts to secure basic amenities, such as an iron and additional bedding, from the hotel staff were met with no response, further highlighting the property's dereliction of duty. Communication was also significantly hampered by a language barrier with on-site personnel, making it impossible to address these critical issues effectively. By the second day, the conditions had become so intolerable that I felt compelled to reach out to Expedia's customer service, desperately seeking a transfer to an alternative, habitable hotel. While the representative attempted to contact the property manager, I was informed that the manager was unavailable. The only advice provided was for me to independently secure alternative accommodation, with no guarantee of a refund for the remaining nights"
