Very helpful staff and nice location, but the bed was incredibly hard, reception offered a bed topper but struggled to get a good night sleep which was a shame

The spa was extremely noisy. all i could hear was kids screaming. but the staff was apologetic about the situation. the room offered no privacy, as anyone could look into our room from any side so we had to keep the curtains closed all the time. `The food was excellent and the nature was pretty.
