"Very bad experiance i had .I travel a lot and never found such a hotel and such people. Horrible. During my stay of nine days they have cleaned my room just once and came back to clean on the last day i told them to get lost i dont neec cleaning. Horrible food in small plastic bags no plates no spoons i have our whatsapp chat for everything if you want i can forward ,just look at the times i have askedthem to clean my room they would say 11 oclock then 3 o clock then tomorrow and during my stay...

"The hotel is empty, very run down, definitely not as pictured and expected. Very old. Swimming pool area is unwelcoming with old furnitures and chairs, no sunbrella, the garden is inexistent, broken, desert, poorly maintained making the seaview actually a very poor bare land view with barriers & fences. The horse stable and bbq area are all very run down so you don’t want to spend time there. There’s no outside bar there, it was closed. The restaurant offers indian food mostly, nothing arabic....

"The placement of the hotel is very close to seeb market ,airport and Carefour. The staffs are very friebdly and helpful at any tile. I will definitely return there."

"The property had towels and linens but they were all old and full of stains and holes. They have an option to pay for breakfast but save yourself the headache and money. They bring it to your room and there is no buffet. They ask you what time you want it and then never remember to bring it and you have to call and ask for it and then it takes another 30 minutes. Also the quality is poor and there are many restaurants close by where you can grab a quick meal for 600 baisa instead of the 2 riyals...

"Strange place. Spacious apartment/room with full kitchen but not a single plate, pot, saucepan or even glass to be found. Not much around the hotel and if you like your western comforts and food, drink etc., then I would look elsewhere."
