Very enjoyable and relaxing stay at the Millenium Grand. The hotel is well decorated and maintained. All of the staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. The room allocated was very spacious, comfortable and cleaned everyday. The bed was very comfortable. A plentiful supply of bottled water was provided by the hotel. The breakfast provided was very good with hot and cold options available. I used the pool area which was spacious and very good and also the gym which was well equipped and air conditioned. The hotel is attached to a large shopping mall which has a number of cafes and restaurants. A very good location for getting around Muscat (by taxi). I would recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Muscat for a relaxing few days. Thank you.

Maryam and Sarah Jane made every breakfast a delight with their warmth and attention to detail. By the pool, Humprey went above and beyond to ensure we were always comfortable and well looked after. A special mention to Madai at Essenza restaurant, who made our dining experience truly memorable with exceptional recommendations and genuine hospitality

I recently stayed at Al Bustan palace , and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean, spacious, and tastefully decorated. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and excellent service
