"We stay here all the time in Lubbock. The rooms area always clean and staff is very friendly."

"clean room large room really nice bed"

"Unfortunately our vehicle got broken into during our stay. Although, responsibility disclaimer is provided by the facility. It should be more proactive to help identify these incidents as protective measures for increased risk of crime on property."

"All the staff at the hotel were very nice, friendly and helpful. We had some appetizers at the restaurant and it was really good and breakfast was also good especially the omelettes. The hotel is old and does need some work and updates. The one thing they need to give more attention to is the cleaning of the rooms. I hate finding someone else’s hair in the bathroom when it’s supposed to be clean. Overall our stay was good!"
