Nice place to stay

Hotel and room was very clean, the pool was nice it is just shy of 4 feet deep which is perfect if you have children. Great location on the South loop. Only downside is that this hotel does serve breakfast but it is not included with the price of the room, you must purchase breakfast separately.

I was so disappointed that they don’t have complimentary coffee in lobby. How difficult would that be to offer coffee - everyone has complimentary coffee to grab and go as you leave! We didn’t have time to stand in line at their breakfast bar to buy coffee and had already used the tiny single serve coffee maker in the room.

We received a noise complaint because my 13month old was crying. All the while someone in the other rooms was smoking marijuana and it could be smelled in the hallways. Priorities are ass backwards here!
