"Fine three star hotel in shopping area of Knokke. A bit of a walk to the beach area but doable. Parking can be tricky in this area, but train station area nearby. Air conditioning in room was very helpful given hot weather. Helpful staff."

"The hotel is very lovely for such a little town, but DEFINITELY ask to sleep away from the street. We really wanted to like this place but.... unfortunately we didn't get a wink of sleep because of very loud drunks every single night screaming, but... the hotel is RIGHT next door to two church bells that ring throughout the night until midnight, starting again at 6am. Everything else was lovely and a convenient place in the town."

"The underground parking terrified me and parking was paid. The outside parking was much better. The rooms were small but well equipped. Communication was great. We were asked to leave the room cleaned. Which we did but it felt we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. Overall we ate our own dinner which was purchased at the grocery store a 5 min walk away. And my dad was able to swim and workout. So it did meet the majority of our needs. "

"We have stayed here before and lives our stay both times. The only problem was finding parking last time, but it was solved during this visit. You can pay for cheap parking during check-in. "

"This place was an incredible and completely unexpected find! The out of the way location and beautiful surroundings were indeed a breath of fresh air! Staff completely welcoming, as indeed were all of the other guests. In all of the years of my extensive travelling, I've never experienced anything like it!!"

"This hotel has ni air conditioning or any ventilation. The re is no staff in the hotel...you are refferref to the next hotel, Nelson. We had to pay 400 euro extra for 4 nights to get a room with air conditioning. "

"Hotel is a little 'tired' looking. Everywhere was clean but fixtures and fittings are old and rooms need decorating. The room balcony was a good size but had standing water in the water guttering. Staff were very friendly; breakfast had a good selection of food and the breakfast room was very clean. "

"The staff was exceedingly accommodating. They helped us with purchasing train tickets and printing them for us as the train station was under renovation. They have an honor system for evening beverages and a spacious and clean dining area for breakfast and relaxation."
