"The unit was very clean. However, there was a distinct musty/moldy smell throughout the unit as if had been sitting for quite sometime. We did bring a scented candle to help and was able to use the fireplace which also helped with the smell. All and all, for an older unit, the stay was not bad, the neighbors were great and it was peaceful aling with a beautiful view. We would like to stay there again."

"Wonderful location, across the road from the mountain and the stream and an old barn. It literally feels like you are in the middle of nowhere. The bedrooms were well appointed, plenty of towels and sheets. There's also a washer and dryer in the kitchen.
The hallway light was full of bugs and impossible for us to find the switch to turn it off. The front door is in serious need of repair. The property manager is woefully unskilled at her job."

The Inn at Ormsby Hill is a magnificent B&B in historic Manchester Vermont. We were in Vermont for a ski week vacation. We ended our trip staying at this Inn and skiing at Stratton Ski Area. When we arrived, the Innkeeper Maryanne greeted us then suggested we move our room to one more centrally located. Our room was beautiful with a 4 post king bed, gas fireplace and plush bathrobes. The daily breakfast was superb! The dining area was full of antiques, many from the Pullman Corporation. Edward...

Loved our stay there and the French toast is absolutely amazing!! The owners are so nice and accommodating. They take alot of pride in their place! There renovating all rooms. We stayed in one not renovated and it was still great. Super clean!! We normally stay at the equinox but will stay here from now on! And for the price in the fall it's a great deal! Great hospitality!

The Inn is in a beautiful setting. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and a comfortable arm chair and good lamp provided a cozy place for R&R. The spacious common area & well kept grounds would be a very pleasant place to spend time with family and friends. I was advised in advance that the restaurant was not serving dinner, but the staff provided a list of eateries in the local area. I had a very good meal at the New American Grill. The inn is an old home updated for today. They do maintain the Victorian style with traditional Victorian furnishings. The outside gardens are gorgeous & a grand place for weddings(which are held there often)The food was topnotch. The only inn where the food has been this good(smaller type inns)would be the Sugar Hill Inn. You got a full great country breakfast in the morning. Many places give you a smallish breakfast. Not here. The Omelet was excellent & good sized. Nice sides such as Home made...

This motel was great! You can’t beat the location for Ludlow and it made for a cozy, winter stay. Our experience at the outdoor fire pits at the bar was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. I would definitely go back!

The condo was wonderful. It looked into the woods. It was quiet and roomy. There was a dishwasher, washer and dryer, fireplace with free unlimited wood available, and a steam bath capability. Check-in personnel were friendly and cheerful in spite of the blizzard occurring outside. Checkout was unremarkable. Thanksgiving dinner at Table 43 was less than satisfactory. Our meals were cold. The waiter was very friendly, but inexperienced. About a mile away is the resort's Market Square. The ski lift...

Super convenient location. Spacious room. Book the 1 bedroom condo. Some people we met during our stay had the studio and said they wished they had gotten a one bedroom. It’s so nice to have a place to let your younger kids nap while your older kids are awake. Overall, the rooms are a little dated, but super clean with updated appliances and a fully stocked kitchen. The property is steps away from the village where all the restaurants/shops are. The ice skating is steps away as well. The...

STAFF
I want to start by pointing out that the staff at the hotel were above and beyond PHENOMENAL, and I mean ALL THE STAFF.
I spent the weekend up there and got stuck with some car problems in a blizzard and dealt with everybody on the staff there. They were some of the nicest people I have ever dealt with in the hospitality industry.
When I say all the staff, I mean all the staff!
DAY 1. The plow guy helped me get my car out of a spot when my snow chain broke and I couldn’t move.
