"We were unable to check in until after 5:30 due to the house not being cleaned. When we arrived to the house the fridge was not cold at all and it took more than 2 days to start cooling our food/drinks. Additionally, the back door knob was completely broken off which was very inconvenient to access the back patio. Reached out to the manager about both of these issues and never heard back.
