When we arrived, we were told that they did not have a reservation for us and when we showed the email confirmation, we were told that they did not work with Hotels.com and that they did not have the rooms available. We were able to resolve the situation eventually, but not a pleasant nor welcoming experience!"

"Just needed an overnight stay before an early morning appointment at Musgrove Park Hospital. This was a beautifully kept property, and so convenient for both the Hospital and for Taunton town centre. I am in a wheelchair, and although there was not a wheelchair accessible room available (it had already been booked), the staff found me a wonderful ground floor room that was totally suitable for my needs. The room was warm and comfortable, and exactly what I was looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if I was looking for another overnight stay in the town.
