"This property is near the beach and takes pets! The check-in and check-out was super quick. There is a t fee and a fee if you want an extra room key. The room key is refundable. The bathroom is on the smaller size but you have a nice roomy shower. The rooms size were great and I had a little balcony. I love places that offer a microwave and a decent-sized fridge. "The room and location were absolutely fine but it took almost 30 minutes for someone to arrive and check me in. When they arrive they take 500 baht from me to clean room but no one come to clean room in 2 weeks that I stay there. I have already paid for the room, it is not my responsibility to pay for the room to be cleaned when I check out. Also when I arrive, room not have WiFi, they come to fix the next day but this should have been all sorted when I arrived. Overall it’s a good place to stay...

"Property could use some upgrades. Better handicap features. Hand rails in shower both sides of all stairs slip resistant tile in shower. Breakfast was good plentiful tasty. Excellent personal all around. Shoutout to housekeeper. Will stay again when coming to Pattaya. "

"Well were do i start . Within 5 mins of arriving security guard tryed selling drugs . Did at least 20000 steps a day as out of the way had to walk past growling wild dogs every day. It says wifi but you try getting pass words as no body available! Or speaks english . Room service is very poor had to track down a cleaner after 7 days just to change towels wich wasn't easy . "

"The place was great, the staff was kind and helpful. The hotel comes with bike rental facilities. If you are tired of walking around. Rent the bike for a day and drive around to go places. The hotel is right across from the beach and the street behind has nice places if you fancy a drink and want to play billiards. I would recommend people to choose this hotel over the other expensive hotels nearby."
