There is a cafe on site selling soup and panini’s but it closes at 5pm so wee went into nearby Hofn for dinner both days which was only 15 mins in the car. It’s a superb location for enjoying the beach and mountains."

"We stayed in the family cottage which was cozy and perfect for our family of 4. The incuded breakfast was outstanding with fresh baked bread, home smoked lamb in 4 varieties, and more. We enjoyed the museum and the book-themed restaurant building. We are dinner here and it was great, though expensive. Overall good value."
