"We were put on the 3rd floor at the very end of the hall. The lifts weren’t working and even though they offered to help with the bags, it was quite a challenge to go up each time we left. In addition, it was quite warm on the 3rd level, even with the windows open and fan on. We also had to park at the castle parking any walk with our luggage to the hotel. It wasn’t far, a 5 min walk, but still not the most convenient. Other than the parking, stairs and temperature, it was a very convenient...

The hotel was a good location, check in was easy and efficient, meal options are limited although I had a nice big Pizza the day before the race and there is a Morrisons which is a 10 minute walk and easy access to the Tram.
