Thank you to the helpful and friendly staff! The rooms are quiet and comfortable. Showers are hot with good pressure. Good food at Thyme Restaurant too. We will be back!

breakfast was good. room was small but clean and had hot water kettle and nescafe. staff was nice and always willing to sort out any small problems we had like needing iced water, using restroom in the cafe area after hours while the kid was using the restroom in our room. the room has AC. location was good too. royal mile as well as milkman was within 8 minute walking. the stay was comfortable.

What staff? We arrived to hordes of people with 2 automated checkin kiosks, of which ai think I counted 2 people that were able to use them successfully. The location is good. The bar in the hotel was decent. The room itself was huge for a European hotel room, but the bath/shower combination was deadly. Climbing into the shower required gymnastics abilities, but climbing out was life risking. Seriously, getting out of the shower was scary. I should have taken pictures (not of me climbing out of the shower, just of the setup? Premiere Inn you get what you pay for. It was a clean room which in the end is all you really need. I probably won't book a Premiere hotel again.

The property was quite one. However the staff made up for it by their friendliness and willingness to help. The restaurant was touching go for when it was open, and when it was not because of lack of staff. The location was not as great as I would’ve liked as we had to walk uphill to get to the High Street which was only a block away however it was a 90° incline so very sleep to walk if you have any mobility issues.
