Premier Inn Royal Mile Center City is accessible to everywhere. I just loved that we can walk to all the historic places. The hotel is across the Waverly Station which made our transitioning to our next destination awesome.

Great location, easy access to Waverly train station and the Royal Mile. Quite a few coffee spot very nearby. I would say amenities are minimal. It was quiet.

The Premier Inn is a great value for the cost. We spent 8 nights there. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, but felt they were short staffed especially in the mornings. The breakfast was hearty and good with quite a few options. Only complaint was the tub was so high and deep that it was a little unsafe to get in and out, especially for people who are short with knee problems. Also wish they would off some laundry services even for added cost, but they did help us find a laundry service close by. I would definitely stay with them again

breakfast was good. room was small but clean and had hot water kettle and nescafe. staff was nice and always willing to sort out any small problems we had like needing iced water, using restroom in the cafe area after hours while the kid was using the restroom in our room. the room has AC. location was good too. royal mile as well as milkman was within 8 minute walking. the stay was comfortable.

Caitlin and Danylo were extremely helpful when we had trouble checking on an Expedia booking. They went above their duty to sort out the problem with Expedia support staff. Phoning them back and forwards. Expedia wanted to move us to another hotel at 9.30 pm at night in Edinburgh. In the end I had to pay the extra funds required by the hotel to check in. A total of 3 hrs and very stressful.

The Expedia website/system/app is very unhelpful and kept giving me reminders about checking into a property I had not reserved at. Wrong banner provided (premier instead of Hub) and the wrong address (booked Rose street and app told me it was Royal Mike). Even now the app is asking me to review a location I did not stay at. Very frustrating! I stayed at the Rose Street Hub and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was exactly as advertised. The room was a little worn, but clean. The air conditioning worked, but was very noisy, we had to turn it off to sleep. There was also an intermittent noise from the door lock which was a little annoying. Locations was handy. Shower was great! Bed was comfortable.
