"The place is a rental property rather than a hotel. The host Carla was very friendly and responsive. The view was amazing. However, the property could use some serious work. There were holes on the wall, stains on the couch, splashes on the kitchen window shades, mold or stains on bathroom ceiling. The bathroom sink doesn’t work. "Great location, staff was very helpful, the breakfast was very good, beachfront and very close to the lighthouse which is a must go in your stay in Puntarenas.. The only thing that maybe need an improvement is the A/C unit in our room, the staff gave us options but because our stay was only for a night, we didn’t see the need for a change… I recommend this hotel if you’re looking for options in Puntarenas…"
