"My wife and I spent 3 nights in the Ardboyne Hotel during our first visit to this area and were very impressed with all aspects of the hotel and our stay. The room was really comfortable and warm, despite being a room set for 5 when we required just a double room. We found all staff that we encountered to be polite, friendly and very hospitable and were a credit to the Hotel management. "It’s very nicely located in a central part of the town. They also had free parking onsite making it easy for us to walk the town and not worry about our vehicle. "

"The view from this property is wonderful! It is conveniently located from Trim and the castle, so you can easily walk and take a tour whenever you prefer. It is easy to get a cab for a trip into Dublin, however, there are many wonderful restaurants and sites to see in the local area. The owner is fantastic, and so kind! I highly recommend staying here, and I hope to be back again!"

"The appliances were dated, the dryer didn’t dry but the house was well stocked with dishes and necessities. We did have a few issues. The door to the patio wouldn’t lock and a bathroom sink drain was stuck. We reported the problems and they were not repaired before the end of the stay. We did have an enjoyable visit overall. The golf course and hotel were very beautiful and well maintained. We really liked the space and it worked out well for our group."

"There was no clear instructions on how to open the main door. The property manager gave us the wrong code for the room. There was a power outage during our stay and the place had no back up generator so along with no power, there was also no water. My partner was in the middle of washing his face when the water ran out. There’s also no air conditioning unit in the room so we had to open the window as it was too hot. We ended up only staying one night and booking another hotel."

"Property is in a country like setting . It is a 20 minute drive to restaurants and stores to get a bite to eat. There is no one available on the property to let you into your rooms. Spent 90 minutes trying to reach someone by phone and email. We are 60 years old and not computer smart. "
