"A very pleasant stay however we experienced a lot of noise during the night from the roof space which we believe may have been caused by a bird being trapped in the roof space. We noticed a velum roof light so maybe a bird had got stuck in there the previous day. I’ll leave that with you guys"

"Je ne comprends pas comment Expedia peut travailler avec de tels établissements. Pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant, il y avait seulement deux lits simples. La chambre était petite et sale. Quand j’ai demandé où était le 3ᵉ lit, ils ont sorti un lit supplémentaire de sous l’un des lits, à placer devant les toilettes pour dormir. L’endroit était plein de poussière et de toiles d’araignée, avec une couverture et un drap posés par terre. Je regrette mille fois d’y avoir séjourné. Plus jamais je ne...

"It is a budget hotel, so we got what we paid for. The staff were lovely and luckily it has underground parking which is invaluable in Rouen. Walking distance to the cathedral, and bars and restaurants."

"I am a tour guide and visited many places and stayed at many different hotels and I can say with confidence that this hotel and its facilities were exceptional. The room I stayed in was very clean,there were several amenities I have not seen at any other hotels, such as a razor,comb,toothbrush. The location was close to dowtown and there is a Lidl right acoss the hotel. I can reccomened this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in Rouen. "

"Fantastic centrally located hotel in the heart of Rouen. Note that (as advertised) there is no air conditioning in the room: a fan was provided which was all right during a cooler spell, but the room might get very hot during high summer. But an excellent place"
