"The gite is authentic French style whilst also comfortable and with plenty of space for a family of 7. The setting is lovely, in nice peaceful countryside but still only 5 minutes from the nearest supermarket and 15 minutes from lots of different activities including kayaking, zip wires and lakes. Outside the gite, there are different animals and the kids enjoying feeding the pony and horse each day. Joel is a very friendly and helpful host and we overcame the language barrier between us! "We use this hotel as a stop before Le shuttle. Nice friendly staff, breakfast is pretty good and the rooms are comfortable and very clean, a good budget stop over. Also two nice places to eat within a minute walk. We stay with our two small dogs who are always welcome. "

"Our stay here was very quick as we arrived so late due to planes being late. Mercure waited for us to check in! They were so helpful. In the morning we came down to an amazing breakfast! It was the best of our whole trip. The cheeses presented were delightful and not ordinary! The pastries were crisp and so fresh! I loved the scrambled eggs. They tasted so much better than in the USA. Everything was great, the staff was amazing! "
