"This is an easy recommendation - very professionally run with great staff. Excellent beds and rooms - currently renos have just about finished so all rooms are new. Central to Luganville. A really easy place to have a base for all the sightseeing and adventuring that Santo offers."

"Not as pictured on the web. Aircon did not work. Shower broken, hardly any water pressure when it did work, no hot water. Internet constantly stopped working, and not a safe connection. TV was for decoration only, did not work and no remote. Dirty restaurant with very limited operating hours and poor food quality. No-one at reception."
"Great spot but the rooms were in poor condition and it ran on generator so there was no power from 10.30pm till 5.30am so it was very hot at night with no fan as you had to close the doors cause there were no fly screens and lots of mosquitoes. There is no fridge in the room so you can only rely on the lunch and dinners sold through two canoes which was quite expensive (but nice). The kayaks that we were told we could use to fish on (when I enquired about staying there) all had holes and sunk...
"We stayed for 5 nights, which I think was about perfect - enough time to relax but not so long that we were bored on such a small island. The reef was beautiful and had lots of different corals, along with loads of fish. We don't dive so we snorkelled each day. We took our own masks but used Bokissa's flippers, which were excellent. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful.
Whilst there was a child there (12 year old) while we were there, it seemed much more suited to couples."
