The kitchen and bathroom were clean; the water is excellent, and the freezer dispenses both water and ice. There were live plants and a birdfeeder on the deck, and the grounds were well kept and mostly free of poison ivy. "DO NOT RENT THIS PLACE!!!! The deck was covered in dead limbs. The grass wasn't cut. No-one has been to upkeep this place for a long time. There were thousands of dead bugs all over the floor and furniture. The AC doesn't work and there was nothing clean in the entire place. I couldn't stay in these kinds of conditions.
