"the hotel is okay but needs better maintenance, floors were uneven in room, looks like they tried to upgrade but must have had to really squeeze the budget. Also why I could not turn my room down to 68 or 69 at night really upset me. They have it locked at 70 degrees or higher. A jack hammer or hammer drill started at 8 am sharp. Went i went to the front desk and asked about it they gave me a surprized look. This isn't what management should do! Location is great and having Margaritaville next...

"House keeping kept the room clean to their ability and supplied fresh linens. It was not a house keeping issue. The complaint is from poor maintenance. The room itself was worn down with a foul odour of stall urine with the smell strongest from the air conditioning, not the bathroom! There was one channel on the tv that worked and the cable box was hanging down against the wall next to the tv. The patio door lacked a seal allowing day light in. It was very noisy with every flushed toilet...

"We stayed one night as we were in town for a concert at the OLG. The hotel Hotel is a little dated but is very clean with friendly staff. It's just a short walk to the falls, restaurants and casino."

We appreciated the sitting area and the extra doors between the bedroom and the hallway. "My room was clean and tidy. Staff was able to check me in early, which I highly appreciated. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, front desk, custodian, maid and restaurant staff. Buffet breakfast was great. Sue, the waitress was very warm and friendly so much so, I gave her a hug when I left. I had a nice chat with the restaruant manager. Genuinely friendly people.
