"The staff was wonderful. The room was clean and extremely comfortable ans even had a jacuzzi like tub in a corner of the room. Looking out the windows was such an incredible view with brilliant rose colored sunrises over the distant valleys. We go to Italy often and will stay here again. "

"We booked this hotel on a half board basis. When we sat down to dinner the waiter said we could not have half board. He was incredibly rude and it was embarrassing. Finally, after checking our booking he relented and said we could choose one course only from the menu. Do not book this hotel, the customer service was unforgivable."

"I highly recommend Due Mori hotel. It is wonderfully located at the heart of the old town. In no more than two minutes by walk, you can reach great local restaurants, amazing pastry shops as well as the main square (Piazza degli Scacchi) and the castle. Its staff is extraordinary helpful. "Great place to stay, not much for dining on a Monday - but their recomeneded Restarant was fantastic and walking distance of 10 minutes or so. No breakfast booked but the team there we very helpful indeed. Clean rooms with all the facilities you would need."
