"The family that runs this place have the sweetest people. They make you feel right at home. The breakfast is great! Location is very convenient! Customer service is great! Things we didn't like and probably would keep us from going back. We stayed in the suite room on the rooftop. It had an amazing view and the room was beautiful, however it had 4 very narrow sets of steps going up and it wasn't fun with heavy suitcases. They really don't have anyone to help carry them either. "5 stars! Fabulous hotel in a very convenient location just outside Naxos town (a 15-minute walk to the harbor-front). The building itself is quite unique/architecturally interesting and extremely well-kept. The pool as well as the surrounding area is very attractive/inviting, and there are plenty of comfortable lounge chairs available. There is also ample parking on the hotel grounds. We can’t say enough good things about the staff; everyone - from the owner to the front desk to room-cleaning...

"Anastasia (managing the property) was FANTASTIC. Right when we got there she spent ten minutes with us explaining to us how the public transportation works. She was so accommodating and gave us a hot water urn and extra towels for our beach day. She was a pleasure to be around and such a sweet soul. Made our trip. And of course the hotel itself was just great. Such a cute place and in a great location! My favorite part was our balcony!"

"Service was great. Pool beautiful clean only a couple walk 2 minutes from beach. Beach is good, you do get 1/2 off the umbrella and chairs. Prices are good on beach and stores compare to other islands. They should definitely take care of the bad smell in the front of the hotel. Unfortunately that is the only negative part is the smell.. strong bad smell at the reception. "

"This is a great place to stay! The bus from the port ends here (and turns around to go back to the port). There is a mini-market here and a restaurant (the food is great too). The beach is amazing and the staff is very helpful and kind. This is the best hotel on the island!"

"Property location is a 30 min walk from town and then 10 mins up a dirt track road to the property. It is on the outskirts of Naousa with transport required. Our room was a superior with a very dark balcony with lots of insects. Staff were very very helpful and polite. "
