"We stayed at this hotel prior to boarding our cruise in Trieste. Great location. Walking distance to main attractions and restaurants in Trieste. The staff are very attentive and accommodating. It was a very chaotic morning with many people looking for taxis and the staff were amazing and professional. The only complaint we had was the size of the showers. They were tiny! Would stay here again without question."

"The receptionist was exceptional. Unfortunately did not get his name(he had a beard) but he went out of his way for us. Printed off instructions and photos for the local shop to purchase airport tickets. Extremely welcoming and both professional and friendly. Recommend a particular local wine,which was exquisite.
