"The rock n roll theme throughout hotel was very neat. No loud music. It was very quiet and peaceful. Uses a key to enter room and must be returned to desk each time you leave. Breakfast, served from 8a-12p, was delicious with fresh fruit and eggs, yogurt, cakes, bread, salami. Tea time from 5p-7p. Nice long walk to downtown shops & restaurants. "The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it."
