"Llegué a la hora indicada y no me recibieron. Éramos 13 personas en espera de ubicación. La portería, propietario y administrador de la propiedad argumentaron que no tenían ningún tipo de vínculo con Hotels.com. y que ellos no tenían ninguna reserva. Que para estas fechas el valor era otro y la cantidad mínima de noches eran 4.
Cuando pude tener señal ya después de 7 horas de espera Hotels.com me respondió autorizando el reembolso para ubicarme como indemnización en otro hospedaje."

"What a great place! The pics don’t tell the whole story. Very secure and Beatris was amazing. She cooked for us and always cleaned up and was truly one of the the better things about the place! "

"The staff and the owner were very accommodating, patient. I dont speak any Spanish and they were sooo patient with me haha. I had to use a translator while I was down there. The staff..10/10. I felt like a king. Would stay again at next opportunity. "
