"I was impressed immediately upon entering our room. It was clean, bright and pretty. We had a family room so the girls had their own twin beds in a shared wall area, complete with nice closet and unique architecture. They slept well. We used the towel warmer and the shower was good, just not the greatest water pressure. The wifi was good. The location was quaint and close enough to downtown Inverness to walk easily. "The continental breakfast was the basic of the basic. Otherwise, we had a pleasant stay. "

However rooms 101 and 102 had no place or hook to hang a thing and after arriving soaking wet would have loved to be able to hang up our jackets. The rooms could also benefit from a mirror for hair drying purposes. However very impressed with everything else and the staff were lovely."

We were told the problem was caused by the Scotland water company so the hotel had no control over the issue. Nevertheless, it was not very pleasant when you cannot shower after a long day of travel."
