The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it. "Friendly staff. The room was much bigger and had more amenities than I expected. The halway was too dark for me, but that is a personal preference. I had a hard time finding the parking in the back, but it was late and quite foggy."
