"+cleaness, calm, confort - air quality, air was dry and qoke me up several time to drink water. Better to have a kettle so can use my own tea bags. Not a fan of the coffee machine. There is a tablet but was not working, so not sure the purpose of it. Otherwise, I had a great stay... good "

The room is nicely appointed with plenty of electric sockets (in sensible places like by the bed for charging phone overnight), nice selection of TV channels on the TV. "This hotel is cheap and a little run down and the lift was repeatedly out of order. Our room to the rear of the hotel had a nice view of the 'mountain' and cable car. It was also quiet."

"I fell and had to stay an extra 2days and could not walk . The staff went above and beyond to look after me . Room service even though there wasn’t any , ice , water , pillows etc . Even help with getting home . In particular, the daytime front desk person whose name I cannot spell lol was so helpful and kind to me . I have never heard of or stayed in this chain of hotels but based on my experience with your staff I will again "
