Hotel had polite and friendly staff, pool was clean, warm and relaxing, managed to get a car parking space as limited, room was as requested on ground floor, a bit small but had comfy bed, room cleaned daily, we didnt try food due to dietary needs, but looked amazing, all cooked fresh. "What a wonderful place to stay in Suffolk. The food was really tasty and good size portions. I stayed overnight and my room was really cozy, peaceful and had a balcony overlooking the back garden.
