You can barely see 2 feet in front of you in the hallways as the lighting is so dim and the walls are painted blk or gray. Rather outdated furnishings, dirty carpets, and homeless people going in and out of the little tiny lobby area. The front door is supposed to be card access only but was never locked so anyone just wandered in. The lift was very tiny and barely could...
