"The property was really great and Ratingen is a lovely place. Only thing for me was I asked for an extra pillow 5 times and still didn’t get one. I might be being picky though to be fair. Other than that it was great."

"This is a nice modern hotel with all modern facilities. If you like shopping it is ideal for the biggest mall in Europe right across the street. It is also very easy to get to and from the motorway."
