"Good: Nice hotel, has services as advertised. Personnel is friendly, room is clean and proper, good place to stay if you don't need lots of amenities. To consider: Hotel is located in the outer part of Nyon. There's not a lot of things around so you need to transit/drive to see things or to have more food variety to eat. Transit is 15-20 mins during daytime weekdays and less frequent weekends and nightime."

"Check in wasn't great - took 3 room changes to get the book ed twin room instead of a double. Restaurant was very good - good food with quick service. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast. Sadly our stay was spoiled by another hotel guest shouting and singing at 2am for about an hour. Eventually someone came to deal with it but our night's sleep was ruined. Also there were smokers in the non-smoking rooms which we could smell. "

"It ok, however: The air con did not work and felt hot they said it would be fixed but was not had to sleep With an open window on the grownd for the second night! There was no hand dope by the sink. When I asked to please book me a taxi as my phone would not work it was only after begging as I had a train to catch a taxi was called! Therefore two bad nights and a stressful Morning"

"Very disappointed! Be careful when you book. The description on the website is not accurate. There is no mini bar or tea/coffee making facilities. If you require a drink you need to go to the bar. The hotel although there are certain improvements is very outdated. I suppose it sells well because of its location."

"When we booked our stay we were very excited and the reviews were generally pretty good. When checking in, there was no staff to help us. At night there was screaming, yelling, drinking, smoking and loitering outside our room (below our balcony) which kept us up pretty much all night both nights. When trying to contact front desk, there was no one around to help. Even with the balcony door closed, the shutters closed and the curtains drawn, we were kept up all night (until almost 4am) by other...

I'd recommend pre booking the restaurant as there is nowhere else close to eat if on foot. 20 minute walk from the nearest bus station through a cute French village, but is up hill. "
