Front desk is in another building down the street, you have to go there for check-in and breakfast. Breakfast was lousy anyway. Wifi didn't work with non-European phone number, because it required validation code sent by SMS. My room had not been cleaned at all when I checked in, staff grudgingly assigned me another room. No elevator, good luck getting luggage up the spiral stairs. Rundown building. Lousy location, only one infrequent route serves the nearby bus stop

The attitude , front desk staff they don’t care about customer service, unprofessional behaviour It’s not worth it to lose your money in this hotel Not recommended at all if you English speakers A lot noise in the morning too Definitely I’m not coming back to this hotel Breakfast is very poor quality and limited service If you pay a full breakfast you get nothing

Expérience dont on pourrait se passer

Impossible de faire un checkin sur place doit se rendre dans un autre hotel pour procéder à l'enregistrement. Chambre qui sent la cigarette froide, avec des trous de cigarette dans le couvre lit. Deplus la chambre était sale : cuvette des toilettes sales (brune à l'intérieur), la douche dissuade de se laver, les joints sont rosatre avec des traces de moisissure. Il manque le bouchon au lavabo, .... La totale, heureusement, je n'avais réservé que pour une nuit.

Je n'ai jamais vu une telle chambre pour une famille payer à 80 € la propreté est exécrable pas de personnel. Les lits j'en parle même pas on peut même pas dans la dedans on a mal au dos le lit escamotable j'ai eu peur que ma fille tombe franchement j'ai passé une nuit horrible je ne recommanderai pas cet hôtel à personne. Merci à Audrey de nous avoir aidé au maximum d'avoir un peu de confort en nous changeant de chambre qui est à l'hôtel Kyriad sans elle franchement je crois que ça aurait été encore pire

This is like a bad hostel. Doors all open, no reception so anyone can walk in. Had to go 100 yards up road to get key. The room if it can be called that is about 3x2 metres with a bunk bed built over a double bed. The bathroom is the size of an aircraft toilet. Luckily we only had a few hours overnight stop but I have never experienced anything like this. You should remove this site from your list as I will think again before booking if this is the standard.

Très décevant

En arrivant très tard sur les lieux, il était censé y avoir un automate qui nous enregistre à défaut de présence d'une hôtesse d'accueil mais celui ci était en panne, il fallait se déplacer à l'hôtel kyriad d'à côté qui a mis du temps à nous recevoir. Parking assez dangereux et non sécurisé pour la nuit car des brises de verres partout qui signifierait des casses ou des vols de voitures. Arriver dans la chambre, couverture déchirée, chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionne pas, quelques prise qui ne fonctionnent pas non plus.

Un souci de chauffage puis de couverture le lendemain. La personne de service a été très professionnelle. Néanmoins, il faut se déplacer auprès du second hôtel kyriad car il n’y a pas de permanence dans celui ci.

A éviter

Les chambres sentent souvent le tabac froid dans cet hôtel bon marché où pas mal de clients prennent des libertés avec le respect. Mais de temps en temps vous tomberez sur une odeur horrible, et certains matelas sont vraiment crasseux. Un moustique écrasé sur le haut de la douche agrémentera la vue... Et cette semaine, pas d'eau chaude de 19h à 9h le lendemain. La seule chose que sait dire l'emploi aidé à l'acceuil c'est de laisser couler. Il me rappelle deux heures après mon départ que l'eau chaude est rétablie, que c'est un problème de la chaudière et pas de l'hôtel (sic)et que je ne pourrai donc prétendre à aucune compensation. Pas mieux côté hotels.com.

Grâce a hôtel. Com j'ai payé cette chambre 40 euros le juste prix pour la prestations car si cela n etait pas pres de Genève ne vaudrai pas 20 euros. Arrivé a 17h00 pas d accueil, pas de petit déjeuner dans l établissement mais dans un autres établissement a 100m.Porte de douche qui ne ferme pas.Pour des gens exigeant a fuir. Pour moi je ne retient que le prix, car je recherché un lit étant en famille a 2km.
