"We had a few things wrong with our room at check in. They also asked for $16 more for a fee they said Expedia didn't pay. Our coffee pot was broken. Our safe was broken. The whole room needs some TLC. Over all our stay was very nice. They could use a place to sit in all the rooms . Ours had no chairs. "This a rustic old Gem!!! It reminds me of camp when I was a kid, but with AC, a bar, maid service, and restaurant. The grounds are wonderful for family fun! Gaps between some of the floor boards and around the door, but no bugs and the AC worked great. It has a very calm, relaxed feel. I would return and recommend to friends who can appreciate its rustic charm."

"Staff were amazing! Rooms are quaint, small and simple. If you want 5 star this may not be a good option. The bar/restaurant is pretty cool. You can also walk to everything you need. Beds are comfy, shower has hot water, and again staff are top notch! The owners are wonderful and always helpimg staff and greeting guests. Amazing folks! The location is perfect. I will be back to Roatan and Splash Inn."
