The resort was perfect! The views, beach and foliage were gorgeous. All of the common areas were unique, clean, and modern. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was a little expensive, but it was a full brunch that is actually included in some of the rooms. I highly recommend the resort and the island for an awesome, relaxing vacation!

We had an excellent stay for 6 days at the Kimpton in the 3 bedroom beachfront suite. Our room was clean quiet and comfortable with super cold AC and hot water. The pool was exceptional with a stunning ocean view providing towels, sunscreen, bug spray and they even inflated our floats from home. We especially enjoyed the snorkeling and clear bottom kayaks on the beach. The waitstaff was friendly and the food and drinks were amazing. We enjoyed the spa for a couples massage and the workout facility each day. Lea in concierge went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed from small things that we forgot to bigger things such as planning excursions and transportation. The hotel restaurants (especially the breakfast) were excellent but so many other restaurants close enough to walk or hop on a water taxi. I highly recommend the Kimpton Roatan resort.

Staff was exceptional. Lovely snorkeling right off the beach. Wonderful breakfast buffet. The property and the rooms were extremely clean. The rooms were well appointed. Airport shuttle was $55.

The Kimpton is an outstanding hotel from the outstanding ocean view rooms to the ocean 10 yards from the pool. The staff is so friendly and willing to assist you without any expectations of money (at anytime). I would rate this hotel as a 5 star, it's that nice from the spa to the food. And if you snorkel or dive, it is unbelievable, right off the beach is the reef and unlimited sea life. Spa and food are second to none. Only negative I would say is it can be expensive since it isn't all-inclusive; food and drinks add up. The breakfast additional cost is a must and the options are well worth the initial additional cost as you will save if added to initial package. First class hotel and experience. Highly recommend. p.s. if you like excursions, local areas don't offer much.

We stayed in a private bungalow in the Kimpton resort and it was amazing. Spacious and comfortable with a large deck area. Perfect location for snorkeling right from the beach!!!
