"I booked my room with a prepaid rate. Having already booked, I was told that there would be no one on reception to receive me so I would have to go to their sister hotel to receive my key. This turned out to be a 15 minute walk away, hugely irritating as I arrived after dark in a new town by taxi. I was then told that the spa/sauna facilities were not working at the apartments and so I would have to use the facilities at the hotel, just not convenient at all. "This was a wonderful option for overnight staying while visiting the touristic areas in the Dolomites, such as Lake Misurina and Cortina d'Ampezzo. The price was good, and we had a full kitchen, a living room and a bedroom, plus an oversized balcony. Not to mention the friendly host, that was so helpful with instructions even before we got there. The village / area is just wonderful, a little paradise to be explored on foot."

"Very noisy hotel, I’d avoid if your looking for a good nights sleep. Coaches pulling up outside throughout the night dropping off and or collection people. Inadequate lifts for size of hotel, just one lift serving two of five floors. No air conditioning even in breakfast room. I will not stay here again. "

"Very nice place to stay in the middle of the beautiful Alps. Our 2 bedroom apartment was really spacious with a large living room and bathroom, that contains a small sauna. That's was really good experience. Apartment has a full kitchen including dishwasher and oven, that would be very useful for longer stay. And the view no doubts is wonderful. Hotel staff was really nice and welcoming. Breakfast was included. Not a very large choice, but for such a small hotel it was quite good."
