The hotel looks new. The food was beyond great, perhaps the best choice I have had for dinner so far. Drinks are expensive however nice. The staff in the restaurant is good, however a little chaotic. The facilities have one or two lapses in design like the door in the steam bath (door handle), the ever flooded floor in the adult sauna, however all of that is negligible. The ski room can be considered as a bio sauna - ever so helpful.

Sehr großes und sauberes Zimmer mit Panoramablick, schöner Wellnessbereich, ausgefallene Speisen und nettes Personal. Frühstückszeit bis 12 Uhr fanden wir super. Die inbegriffene Zell am See/ Kaprun Card war genial. Parken für 12 Euro pro Nacht war unangemessen- sollte auch inbegriffen sein.

Det var skønt, og dejligt, at man ikke skulle tænkte på at finde et sted at spise aftensmad, da det er med i opholdet. Vi bookede dog fordi der er spa, men størstedelen af spa afdelingen er kun for nudister

Wir waren 2024 über Weihnachten im Hotel und es war sehr schön, mal ohne den vorweihnachtlichen Stress Weihnachten zu verbringen und dazu noch gut zu Abend zu essen 😋. Außerdem hatten wir Schnee und tolle Skigebiete um uns herum. An Weihnachten gab es sogar ein Geschenk 🎁 vom Hotel und selbstgebackene Plätzchen. Die waren echt lecker 😋. Eins habe ich zu Weihnachten aber doch vermisst: das obligatorische Familienfoto vor dem Tannenbaum 😉. Könnte man vom Hotel vielleicht als Aktion zum Abendessen anbieten 😉. Die Zimmer waren großzügig und die Lage des Hotels sehr schön ruhig. Die Umgebung lädt nach dem Skifahren noch zu einem Spaziergang im Schnee ein. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend, nett und total aufmerksam. Schade war, dass Massagen nur im Schwesterhotel „Alpenhaus Kaprun“ 800 m entfernt angeboten werden. Das ist sehr schade und sollte unbedingt geändert werden. Uns hat das, vor allem im eigenen Hotel, gefehlt. Ansonsten gab es unsererseits nichts zu bemängeln. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Ingen internet på underetagen

Vi boede på nederste etage. Der var ingen wifi dækning og man kunne heller ikke trække mobildata. På fjernsynet var der kun streamingtjenester, men i og med, at internettet var SÅ dårligt kunne vi heller ikke se fjernsyn. Det var lidt ærgerligt, når der 2 aftener i streg tordnede, lynede og regnede, så man ikke kunne foretage sig andet end at sidde på værelset.

Wir haben uns in diesem Hotel sofort wohl gefühlt. Es herrscht eine entspannte und angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Personal war von Herzen freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr bemüht. Die Zimmer laden zum Wohlfühlen ein und waren sehr sauber. Auch der Spa Bereich ist sehr schön gestaltet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Hotel besteht aus 2 verbundenen Häusern, deshalb sind die Gehwege auch ein bisschen länger als gewohnt. Mittig befindet sich eine neue Dachterrasse mit Pool-Landschaft. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen nett und freundlich - großes Lob dafür!!! Frühstück TOP!! Abendessen traf genau meinen Geschmack - aber Achtung - keine bodenständige Küche, sondern eher ausgefallen und meist vegatarisch oder vegan
