"The staff at the hotel make up for any short falls at the hotel. You are constantly greeted with genuine smiles and you are made to feel like family. But there are several areas that need working on. 1: Restaurant menu choice is very limited and basic in taste. The buffet breakfast is limited and not great. 2: The restaurant condition is just always warm. Some simple ceiling fans would make guest more comfortable. 3: The restaurant cats, I am just not comfortable with cats walking freely...

"This is a sister hotel that has 2 other properties and access was available by free shuttle to each. The best things about this property is the staff and location. Excellent service and attentiveness from the staff from the moment I arrived to the day I left. This location within the chain is like a third child, it's aged and in desperate need of renovation. The views over the surroundings stretchibg towards Rodney bay are wonderful. 10 minutes drive to Rodney bay with abundance of shopping area, convenience stores, 12 minutes to Gros Islet for the Friday Street Party. Car is recomended to take full advantage. Host very attentive, responsive and making us feel very welcome. Warmly recomended."

The contact number on Expedia was attached to a ex member of staff that left over a year ago, that this started to ring alarm bells.
