"Smooth check in process. VERY cold refrigerator for Europe. Parking directly close to the room. Great and plenty of hot water. Good Wifi. Quiet room and very clean. A/C was horrible , really non-existent. Rooms seemed new. I also felt I was back in college, but that wasn't an issue. Elevator was a plus. I did not take the breakfast. Again my only complaint was no A/C, but it does cool down at night. I would return again if I was in the city. Dan"

Unfortunately, each time it has rained, so we couldn't really enjoy the nice hiking trails adjoining the property. "Extremely slow check-in process, our room was only ready at 5:30pm, desk service was poor. Our room was not cleaned and towels were not replaced for 2 days. I needed to go down to the reception to ask for toilet paper. Staff has poor English knowledge. Food selection was below our expectations. At dinner, there was no table service for drinks, only a single and slow waitress at the bar with a long queue to get some drinks. Hotel facility was good especially for skiing.
